Online Courses

By registering and submitting payment, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Online courses are web-based and self-paced. There are no refunds as registration and payment grant access to online content. Outcomes cannot be guaranteed as we cannot guarantee (or reliably predict) the behaviour of any species.

The client understands that participation in an online course does not replace the advice of a qualified professional, and may pose some risk to yourself and your dog(s). By submitting payment and registering in the online course, you expressly assume the risk of any damage or injury (to property, yourself, your dog(s), incurred as a result of an online course conducted by or on behalf of The Toronto Centre for Canine Education.

To minimize all risks, the client agrees to enlist the services of a qualified professional dog trainer, Veterinarian, Certified Applied Animal Behaviourist, or a Veterinary Behaviourist, should there be any concerns about their dog's behaviour, health, or welfare.

In consideration of their participation in a dog training session or sessions conducted by or on behalf of The Toronto Centre for Canine Education, the client agrees to waive, release, and agree to hold harmless The Toronto Centre for Canine Education and any and all associated employees, volunteers, agents, insurers, and successors from any and all causes of actions, claims, demands, losses, injuries, and damages of any kind which may be sustained by them or their dog(s) in connection with the online courses.

Client is responsible for damages caused by themselves and/or their dog(s).
